All our hearing aids carry a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the hearing aids to us within 21 days from the date you receive them, in original working condition, and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the hearing aids less a 10% restocking fee (fee is based on price of the hearing aid not to exceed $25.00 per hearing aid). Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Please note that any hearing aid received back as non-functioning or not in original condition (i.e. broken battery door, jammed battery, cracked casing, etc.) is subject to a $75.00 service charge. Hearing aids received full of earwax are subject to a $50.00 cleaning fee.
